Strategically located on the south side of the A36 Lower Bristol Road for easy access, the state-of-the-art facility offers 45,000 square feet of premium storage space across four floors, combining cutting-edge security with innovative design.
Since acquiring the former laundry site three years ago, the facility has been meticulously designed and constructed. The exterior, crafted with Bath stone and bronze cladding, pays homage to the city’s historic character while embracing modern design and blending into Bath’s architectural heritage.
At the heart of the facility is a celebrated symbol of British aviation history - a meticulously restored Vampire T11. Suspended prominently in the atrium. The aircraft is a striking talking point and centrepiece that reinforces Vanguard’s reputation and commitment to creating unique spaces.
With innovative design and sustainability in mind, the facility boasts several key features, including:
- A 75kWp rooftop solar array to offset energy consumption
- Electric vehicle charging bays
- Use of efficient air source heat pumps for heating
- Re-naturalisation of the site’s existing waterway
